I’ve been learning how to speak Texan. So far I’ve picked up on

• “Howdy Pardner”
• “Pert near”
• “How ya’ll doin’?”
• and “Damn Yankees!”

I don’t know yet how any of these phrases will help me with SEO, but I’m starting to get them down in other times and places. I use “Howdy Pardner” any time I meet someone new that I want to shake hands with. I ain’t got the slightest clue what “pert near” means, but I’ve faked it a couple of times by throwing in when I couldn’t think of anything else to say. I love the looks on ya’lls faces when I use it. I must be doing it to some kind of effect because it looks like you might be trying to laugh. Whatever kind of joke it is, it must be funny. I only use “damn Yankees” when I’m driving ’cause that seems to be the only time ya’ll use it too.

So I’m learning. But the learning ain’t over yet because I’ve got a few things to teach as well. I’m hoping that I can share some of my knowledge of SEO with you boys here soon. At least through this here blog and if it works out alright for the both of us, we’ll pert near be on to something. Whatcha think?
